Customized Therapeutic Massage
A customized massage incorporating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial release, Lymphatic Drainage and other techniques; combined to address the client’s specific needs. Swedish (a.k.a. relaxation massage) addresses the more superficial layers of the muscles. Deep Tissue uses deep, slow, compressive strokes to help release "knots" in the deeper layers.

Orthopedic Conditions Massage (Certified Medical Massage Practitioner)
After a thorough assessment and initial orthopedic massage, this treatment plan is designed to manage specific conditions such as: low back pain, neck stiffness and pain, rotator cuff and knee injuries, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and much more. Techniques are applicable whether the pain or dysfunction is sub-acute or chronic.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (Certified Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner)
This full body Lymphatic Drainage technique moves fluid throughout the body, clearing away bacteria, debris, excess water, proteins and waste from the connective tissue and returning it to the blood stream for ultimate removal by the kidneys. This technique stimulates the movement of lymph and encourages the production of antibodies, increasing the body’s resistance to infection. This one-hour process also targets the nervous system, so clients will feel a sense of deep relaxation.

Prenatal Massage (available after 12th week)
A massage for pregnant women to help relieve some of the discomforts related to the pregnancy! This massage helps with: muscle relaxation and stress reduction, increased energy, reduces back and leg pain, relief from headaches, better sleep, improved mood, and less anxiety and depression.

Foot Detox
Give your body the start of a great detox! This session begins with a warm foot soak containing Dead Sea Mineral Salts and Herbs. Then your feet will be lathered in an Herbal and Dead Sea detoxifying mud wrap. After removing the wrap, your feet will be pampered for 10 minutes each; utilizing Reflexology techniques.

Paraffin Hand Treatment
This is a deep heat treatment using warmed paraffin wax. Following the paraffin wax dip, each client will receive a gentle hand and wrist massage; giving special attention to all of the joints and muscles of the hand.
For over 90 years paraffin moist heat therapy has been used to increase circulation and relieve pain, inflammation and stiffness caused by arthritis. When comparing various heat therapies, researchers concluded that paraffin wax treatments were especially helpful on objective measures of range of motion, pinch function, and grip strength with four consecutive weeks of treatment. Warm paraffin is also used extensively to soften dry, cracked skin by drawing moisture and nutrients from within the body to the surface of the skin. This treatment will remove dead skin cells, increase skin elasticity and leave your hands feeling soft and appearing more youthful!
